The Genshin Impact version 5.6 will release on May 7, 2025. The limited character 5.6 banners are expected to be divided into two phases:

New 5-star: Escoffier (Cryo, Polearm)
New 4-star: Ifa (Anemo, Catalyst)
Rerun 5-star: Kinich (Dendro, Claymore)
Phase 2: May 27, 2025

5.6 Bnner New Characters
Escoffier
Escoffier, a polearm user, will be released in version 5.6 as the latest playable character and she is going to be a 5-star cryo off-field support. Accroding to her kit leaks, she is optimal in Freeze/Mono-Cryo teams, offers off-field DMG, healing, and elemental absorption. For her Constellation, C1 and C6 significantly boost Cryo DPS potential.
Ifa
Ifa is another latest playable 4-star character released in Genshin Impact 5.6 banner. With the elemental type of Anemo, he is a Catalyst user. Based on Seele's leak, he plays an role as a On-field Anemo driver for Swirl/Electro-Charge teams, with minor team healing. To some extent, he is similar to Mika but plays like Wanderer (hovering attacks).

5.6 Banner Rerun Character
Kinich
Kinich is a DPS who mainly functions as an on-field damage dealer. However, unlike other Dendro DPS, Kinich's build prioritizes personal damage over reaction-based damage. He boasts high damage output with his Scalespiker Cannons and excels in mobility during combat thanks to his Elemental Skill. This skill also makes fighting ranged enemies easier, offering automatic targeting and grappling, unlike most claymore users.
Navia
Navia is a 5-star Geo character who using claymore as an main DPS. By using Crystallize Shards, she can power up her Elemental Skill for massive damage. With high burst damage, she is easy to play and strong in both single-target and AoE scenarios. She breaks the traditional Geo team mold by scaling with ATK instead of DEF.
Raiden Shogun
Raiden Shogun is a Polearm user, with the element of Electro. Although she can have flexible roles such as main DPS, sub-DPS or support, her best role is that of a Burst DPS due to her powerful Elemental Burst. During said Burst, the Raiden Shogun's attacks generate Elemental Particles for all teammates. This also allows her to be an Electro battery for other Electro teammates, like Fischl.
